- Is the avatar switched on and the screen lit?
- Are the LED strips showing their usual colour?
- Does the avatar react when a visitor approaches?
- Can the avatar hear the visitor, and can its reply be heard?
Only restart the device if your local instructions say so. Note the time of the restart and include it in your report.
