- Open your project link (in the form
eu.promethist.ai/p/…), not the general start page. - Sign in with the company account you were given access with.
- If you haven't signed in for a while, sign out and sign in again. After a longer period of inactivity your sign-in expires and you may see “project does not exist”.
- Try a private/incognito browser window.
- If nothing helps, submit a request with the project link, the exact error text and a screenshot.
