My Session Is Stuck on “Connecting” / High Latency

Problem: Session won’t start or is laggy.
 
Steps
  1. In Settings → Application → Region, select the closest region. [Screenshot of Region settings]
  2. Switch to stable Wi-Fi.
  3. Lower Resolution and Visual Quality in Settings → User Interface.
  4. Close background apps using microphone/network.
  5. Expected Result: Session starts with improved latency.
