Problem: No audio or agent can’t hear you.
Steps
- Check device volume and mute switch.
- In Settings, ensure microphone permission is enabled. [Screenshot of Permissions]
- Use Wi-Fi or strong mobile data. On mid-tier Android, enable Push-to-Talk (Settings → Duplex).
- Relaunch the app.
- Expected Result: Two-way audio works.
