I Have No Sound / Microphone Not Detected

Problem: No audio or agent can’t hear you.
 
Steps
  1. Check device volume and mute switch.
  2. In Settings, ensure microphone permission is enabled. [Screenshot of Permissions]
  3. Use Wi-Fi or strong mobile data. On mid-tier Android, enable Push-to-Talk (Settings → Duplex).
  4. Relaunch the app.
  5. Expected Result: Two-way audio works.
