Problem: App opens, but expected agents are missing.
Steps
- In Settings → Profile, confirm you’re signed in with the correct Google/SSO account.
- Ask your admin to verify your entitlements for the project via "Request SSO Access".
- Restart the app.
- Expected Result: You see entitled agents.
