Steps
- Go to Billing
- View monthly minutes usage report graphic and adjust the date range (e.g., last 30 days) to reflect current usage.
- If you want to go more in-depth, you can go to Analytics Suite to review conversation and user funnel data.
- Note: Charges are based on Conversational Minutes across all projects/agents.
- Expected Result: You understand where to find conversational minuites.
