Where Do I Find My Conversational Minutes?

Problem: How do I see my usage.
 
Steps
  1. Go to Billing
  2. View monthly minutes usage report graphic and adjust the date range (e.g., last 30 days) to reflect current usage.
  3. If you want to go more in-depth, you can go to Analytics Suite to review conversation and user funnel data.
  4. Note: Charges are based on Conversational Minutes across all projects/agents.
  5. Expected Result: You understand where to find conversational minuites.
